Arbinet Appoints Mashinsky To Board Posted on: 07/07/2006 Arbinet-thexchange, Inc. a provider of solutions to simplify the exchange of digital communications, has announced that its stockholders elected Michael J. Donahue and Alex Mashinsky – the original founders who own around 6% of the company - to the Company's Board of Directors at the Company's Annual Meeting on June 15, 2006.
